Our website also includes links to helpful tools, like the PTSD Treatment Decision Aid and mobile apps for self-care. You can download our materials to share (or order for free from the U.S. Government Publishing Office).

Veterans Health Administration YouTube Channel – PTSD Playlist:  Access Veteran stories about PTSD recovery and growth or watch VA clinicians answer questions about PTSD treatments that can help. There are also videos about NCPTSD tools (like the Decision Aid and mobile apps), and AboutFace clips.

Mobile Apps for PTSD and Related Problems

Our mobile apps provide self-help, education, and support following trauma. We also have “treatment companion” apps for use with a mental health care provider, to make treatment easier. Apps are available for iOS (Apple) and Android devices.
