Capitol Advocacy Day / California State Commanders Veterans Council (CSCVC) Meeting
This is an opportunity for veterans to visit state legislators and their staff to advocate and educate on important veterans’ issues. Please wear your hats and/or other organizational clothing!

Wednesday rate $8.00 (if in before 8:30 AM)

Weekday rates (6 a.m. to 5 p.m.): $1.50 each half hour or fraction thereof; $30.00 daily maximum
• Must RSVP to attend, seating is limited.
• Open to the first 45 veterans to rsvp.
• Attendance for this event is limited to 45 people because of the afternoon meeting room’s seating limit.
• If you later need to cancel, please let Dana Nichol know so there is room for another veteran.

This Summit is a "two-day gathering is dedicated to honoring Native American veterans and advancing suicide prevention through culturally grounded lethal means safety strategies. The summit will bring together Tribal leaders, veterans, mental health professionals, service providers, and state partners to create space for shared learning, truth-telling, and meaningful collaboration rooted in cultural understanding."
