As we often remind our community: a résumé is not a plan (read the full article in San Diego Veterans Magazine).

Real transition success comes from pairing preparation with a clear, personalized strategy.

That is why VeteranMatch and SpouseMatch matter. Using predictive analytics, they help veterans and spouses identify right-fit opportunities that can reduce time to hire, improve retention, and support long-term career growth.

This is your season to move forward with confidence. Stay encouraged, stay engaged, and keep building the future you deserve.

Call to Action:

Register for an event, share this email with someone in transition, and take one intentional step this week toward your next chapter.
